I can’t say enough about the experience I had. It was a dentist visit and i absolutely hate the dentist. With that said the experience here was very refreshing. It started with it being super easy to schedule. Once I got in, Monica was super nice and happy(always a good start). Then Maria the Assistant was so nice and friendly it was great. The X-rays were more easy than previous dentist offices where the X-ray thing they shove in your mouth actually hurts(yea I’m a wimp and don’t do pain). Once they were done with X-rays the Dr(Shrestha) spent time showing amazing views iv never seen before. I explained I was told by my previous dentist I was in need of a new crown and a root canal and was not looking forward to it. The Dr relooked at my X-ray and saw what looked like extra cement and stated that could be the only issue as it’s pushing on my gums. We she got to work on the cleaning (why I went) and numbed me up to try and remove the issue stuff(whatever it was). The cleaning was good and felt great. She was super soft handed as again I have low tolerance for pain in my mouth and the procedure was easy. She told me let her know and I may need the crown and root canal but I should give this a week and see how it goes. Well she had the opportunity to make alot more $$$ but as it sits the pain is gone. It may come back but I was super impressed that both she saw the issue but with the chance to just go with the previous diag and get the chargeable work done she didn’t. That speaks volumes as it’s a new practice and sure cost alot to start. This was truely the best experience iv had at a dentist 🦷 and would certainly recommend them to anyone! Thanks to the entire staff for providing a great experience!
